By placing an order, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are there for your online safety.
HOW IS MY ORDER DELIVERED
All orders are delivered by courier, City Link. All parcels will require a signature on delivery, please bear this in mind when completing the delivery address for your order. The delivery charges only apply to UK mainland addresses, for other addresses and overseas orders we would be happy to quote, simply email your order to sales@galaxyfootball.co.uk and we will processes your order and advise on the delivery options. Timed deliveries and Saturday deliveries are available, but are subject to additional charges – please contact us for details.
DELIVERY COST
Delivery cost = £5.50 + Vat on all orders.
RETURNS &EXCHANGES
We want you to be able to buy with confidence from Galaxy Football. Should you be unhappy with any part of your purchase or require a different size we will be happy to offer you an exchange or a refund. Any item should be returned within 14 days, in its original unused condition with labels intact.
Please contact our team at sales@galaxyprint.co.uk who will assign you a ‘Returns Authorisation Number’ which should be included in your return package. If you have ordered the wrong size please contact Customer Services to discuss other sizes available.
We are unable to offer a free returns service and suggest you receive ‘proof of posting’ for any items returned – please return to this address:

Should you have any queries or want to discuss your returns, please contact a member of our Customer Service team at sales@galaxyprint.co.uk . On receipt of your return, should the product be faulty we can arrange for an exchange or refund your payment.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any items that have been personalised with print or embroidery.
INCORRECT SIZE HAS BEEN ORDERED
If you received your order and discover you have ordered the wrong size, Galaxy Football accept no charges involved in exchanging the item. However, if you contact us by email info@galaxyfootball.co.uk we will advise what you need to do. If the item has been personalised we regret that it cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.
STOCK LEVELS
The delivery times stated for each product are an approximate guide, in many cases we would hope to delivery within this timescale. However, if there is ever a problem with stock we will keep you notified at all times.
Please be aware that we are reliant on manufacturer deliveries to complete orders for team kits and other items of clothing, and can therefore only process your order when the stock arrives. However, if we know there is going to be a delay with any items on your order then we will notify you as soon as we are made aware of the delay. Again our aim is simply to keep you informed of the situation at all times.
CARING FOR YOUR GARMENTS
Galaxy Football always uses professional materials when personalising your clothing. These materials are both robust and durable; however, you must follow the correct guidelines to ensure the longevity of the product.
When caring for the product, it is advisable to:
- Gently hand wash in warm water
- Never iron the design
- Never tumble dry
- Never dry clean
- Never place on hot radiator
By following these guidelines you will prolong the life and quality of your prints. However, Galaxy Football cannot be held responsible for any damage to prints as a result of a failure to adhere to these above guidelines.
COPYRIGHT
If you require printing and embroidery to be carried out by Galaxy Football, then you must obtain permission and rights to use any artwork/logos that are subject to third part copyright. You agree to indemnify Galaxy Football for any and all claims resulting in your negligence or inability to obtain proper copyright permissions. By agreeing to these terms, it is regarded as a guarantee that you have all such permissions and authorities have been obtained. Evidence of permissions and authorities may be requested.
Any artwork that is produced by Galaxy Football to complete your order, either for embroidery or print, remains the copyright right of Galaxy Football. Customers may obtain copies of this artwork providing there is no monies owing on orders to which it relates. However, Galaxy Football reserve the right to charge an administration fee of £25.00 + Vat, per hour, to cover the costs involved in providing this for you.
PRINTING & EMBROIDERY LIMITATIONS
Due to the different methods of printing onto clothing, each process has its benefits and limitations. We will always use the most economical processes to achieve your desired result. However, please appreciate that due to printing tolerances we cannot guarantee to match colours exactly but will always highlight any potential problems before we start printing.
PRICES
Galaxy Football reserves the right to alter prices stated in event of manufacturers price increases, becoming effective. However, we would always notify you of any such changes before processing your order.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
If you have placed an order and then have the need to cancel the order, you must notify use as soon a practicably possible, and this must be confirmed in writing. All costs incurred in set-up, proofing and preparation of a cancelled order must be paid for by the customer and would be deducted from the customers refund. As soon as we receive notice of your wish to cancel we will confirm the cancellation costs for you, in writing.
RETENTION OF TITLE
Goods will remain the property of Galaxy Football, until all outstanding balances have been paid in full.
PRIVACY POLICY
In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 we are committed to protecting your privacy, by only using the information we collect about you in a lawful manner. Any information that we collect about you will be used simply to process your order and allow us to provide you with a first class service. The type of information we collect will include your name, address, phone numbers and email address. The personal information we store will be held securely, in accordance with our own security policy, and as required by the law.
